Did you catch the Squamish-filmed Hallmark Channel movie, SnowComing, which aired this weekend?
The movie stars Lindy Booth, Trevor Donovan, Joe Theismann, and Ed Marinaro.
It centers on Samantha (Booth) who comes home for her town’s winter festival to celebrate her father’s retirement from coaching.
While home, she discovers Jack (Donovan), her high school boyfriend who is now an NFL quarterback, is also back in town.
The film’s director Peter DeLuise and its stars live-tweeted lots of behind the Ƶappscenes insight on Saturday night.
Fun fact: The opening of the show was filmed in downtown ƵappBritish Columbia where the rest of the film was shot and cheated as the big city.

Fun fact: almost all the snow you see in the movie is fish ice, cotton batting or visual affects

Fun fact: It was so cold in British Columbia that day of filming, my face froze and speech slowed. On the plus side, it tightens your pores and slows the aging process. Is it above or below 50°F/10°C
